The Hinterland Hotel/Motel is situated via the peaceful banks of the Nerang River and offers a modern venue with Bistro, Bars, Function Facilities, TAB and much, much more.

 A very modern bistro offering a great menu specialising in great steaks and pasta.

There is both indoor and outdoor dining available. Our 'Chefs Suggestions Board' changes daily which offers fantastic dishes.

The room has a kids area which offers Playstations and DVD movies on a giant plasma screen.

 Our Lounge Bar offers 10 icy cold beers on tap, a modern wine list and some great cocktails. The bar is adjacent to our gaming room which has all the latest machines and lets our patrons have a flutter at Keno.

There is also an extensive coffee menu and some lovely treats in the form of desserts. Adjacent to the bar is a kids area and you can even watch the sunset from one of our outdoor tables.

Our friendly and efficient staff here at the Hinterland Hotel cater for all types of functions, be it corporate functions, birthdays, conferences, simple social gatherings, wedding ceremonies and receptions, special events, meetings or product launches.     Great place. We go to the Hinterland regularly for meal, drinks etc and always had a great time. Meals are lovely, very generous servings and big shout out to Tee our waitress who is always smiling and bubbly and knows us by name now! Kids room /play area is great. Tina at the bar is also gives us such a warm welcome. Decent drink prices and a good selection of wines on the menu is always a big plus for me. I even had my 40th birthday celebration in the function room and the whole process went so smoothly. I can highly recommend the Hinterland Hotel!

    A great casual place for a decent feed. Food isn't overly priced and a decent quality. A nice little kids area with a playground and inside room with videos, which is nice for the young ones to run around in while us adults sit and chat. There are tables close enough to be able to watch the kids while sitting at the tables. Staff friendly. Samantha who took our orders at the counter was super friendly, polite and knew what she was doing. She then later came and checked on the table to make sure everything was fine. To be honest it's what made me give the extra star. Overall a plesent place to visit for what they offer. No complaints from me.

    First visit here today for lunch, and we were very happy with our meals. Nice pleasant surroundings, happy staff that actually smiled and wished a great day when we left, and food that was quick, hot and delicious. Thanks for a great Sunday lunch. We'll definitely visit again.

    Saw Ride the lightning Metallica tribute band at the hinterland. Band was amazing. Lack of staff on to serve for the venue but amazing gig and great facilities.
