The theme of The Peppertree Restaurant is that of a Victorian Dublin Pub. Born of painstaking attention to detail and insistence on craftsmanship, the restaurant recalls the day when it was as vital to please the eye as the palate. The interior is lavish with the bar made of mighty slabs of timber exquisitely French polished and elaborately carved. These timbers encompass the gilded mirrors and filigreed glass that serve to make the fully-imported bar a visual splendour.

Whether you choose to look out over the historic Peppertree Courtyard or gaze into the rafters where Daniel O'Connell's bicycle can be found, the Peppertree Restaurant possesses an abundance of character and a beautiful ambience in which to dine.

    I had the Chicken schnitzel and it was absolutely amazing. My friend and I got The Espresso martini and The Pornstar martini. They were both extremely nice but very strong. The service was extremely quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back.

    Had a really good quality lunch here. Steak was a very good cut and cooked perfectly and a very decent drinks menu to chose from. Table service was friendly also.

    After our first choice dinner plans fell through we just started walking up the street browsing for a new restaurant and stumbled into The Oxford Hotel. Lucky us it was schnitty night aswell (score!). Waitress was so bubbly & had a wicked sense of humour. Garlic bread was different to what we were used to being served but it was brilliant! The schnitzel tasted so beautiful. It was cooked to perfection & actually tasted like fresh chicken not processed junk. And don't even get me started on how awesome the gravy was. I don't know what you guys do in the kitchen but oh my god. The atmosphere is great they had music playing & interesting art works all over the place. Thanks everyone for picking up our horrible night we definitely found a keeper! Will be returning in the near future.

    Im Loving working here as a cleaner, ive got a fantastic boss andwhen i get to work the bar staff are lovely and welcoming. One thing i want to say Thank you to everyone in the morning who make fantastic yummy cuppa's. ????
