Absolutely loved this place! I'm a proud 90s kid who loves video games, so when I found this Museum completely by chance while researching Museums in Perth, I knew I had to visit this place. I wasn't disappointed! At least half of the consoles on display I'd never heard of, though I felt like I was a kid again when I saw my favourite consoles, the Mega Drive/Genesis and Master System. Had lots of fun playing old school games like Pacman, Mario Bros, Sonic and Alex Kidd. Spent a couple of hours here, could've easily stayed longer. Wonderful place for both adults and kids alike, would definitely recommend.

I took 5 kids aged 12-15 to the Friday night quiz night. It was excellent relaxed fun from beginning to end. Caught a train into the city & walked through the Friday night buzz to Nostalgia Box where we were welcomed with pizza and unlimited access to heaps of games. The quiz was relaxed but fun and the kids could get up and play games during it all which was perfect and avoided fidgety-ness. All for $22 each. A pretty neat trick to lure them out of the house into the real world and back into my days of short sharp video games. A room full of real live local people having actual wholesome fun with each other. Being able to take our own drinks & snacks made the night affordable & was a refreshing draw card by a business genuinely interested in ensuring we had a good time rather than bleeding us for as much cash as possible. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

It was a great blast from the past for myself and my partner playing all these retro games. The host was super friendly and knowledgeable and more than helpful :)

Had my birthday hangout here and had a blast with my friends! Staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. Oh, and not to mention the games were amazing! Contained an awesome variety of retro game consoles with a mix of PS, Nintendo, and other games. Times were relaxed and we stayed 30 mins later than our booked schedule. Been here before and would definitely come again!

I was greeted with a friendly face and a great introduction as soon as I came through the doors. Everything was well maintained and well spaced. There were so many selections to play and try from. It was really really nostalgic to be able to play games from my childhood too.

Took my 12 year old here to show him the games his Mum used to play. We had a great time competing against each other. He was very interested in seeing the evolution of the consoles. We spent just under two hours here and my son is looking forward to bringing his gaming friends here for a compete. Very friendly staff. Very close to the trains - easy access.

So much fun with the kids showing them all the old games we used to play. Hilarious seeing them all addicted to pong! Liz really knew her history and helped created a really fun afternoon for us

Fun history of video games, but with the inclusion of being able to play some! Not a really big video game enthusiast myself but really enjoyed the history, watching old commercials and then playing some retro games! Won at Pong and Bubble Bubble! Loved being there, awesome place/idea!

For all retro gaming lovers, worth a visit. Staff are enthusiatic, sincere warm & friendly. Be sure to check in advance or make a booking as there might be private bookings and crowds from school tours.Loved the reaction of the kids. Only unpleasant thing that happen was that I was told no photos was allowed in the museum (throughout), made to delete them only to realise photos are shared all over trip adviser.. So here is my contribution to the “teacher” who assumed the role of museum staff. Tyvm.
