A stay at The Dome House is a unique experience. The house is a timber geodesic dome, designed for The Sunshine Coast beautiful sub-tropical climate. The design is an expression of Buckminster Fuller dymaxion, eco conscious house.
This boutique private hotel has 4 individually designed rooms, 2x four-poster king size bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 1 queen & 1 twin bedroom with ensuite shower. Guest accommodation also includes shared facilities; kitchen, laundry, dining room, TV & chill-out lounge. Outdoors there is a pool, BBQ & off-street parking.
With 'The Full Bucky' you can hire the whole house nightly or weekly. With a 5th double bedroom and 2 trundle beds available, the house sleeps 8-12.
The Dome House is a short walk to Mt.Coolum national park entry & 4 mins drive to the quiet Yaroomba patrolled beach, Point Arkwright whale watching, sea fishing & surf spots as well as two world-class golf courses.
