The laundry has a separate tiled shower with automatic washing machine. Bathroom comprises a small bath with shower over the bath, vanity & toilet. Secure double garage for your vehicle & boat with ample extra off-street parking. Unfortunately we are not pet friendly. NO Wi-Fi and NO air conditioning.
